Our Refund Policy
Because of the nature of these products (health/hygiene reasons) unless they arrive damaged or defective, we are not able to accept returns.
Please ensure you check the warning label on each product before purchase. The warning are clear and are there for your safety.
Damages and Defective Orders
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Should your order arrive damaged/defective, please send a picture of the defective product in the box. Because of safety reasons please do not remove your item from the box. Attach your proof of purchase to this email. In the subject field please ensure you have documented your order number and your last name. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your product. Careful consideration and evaluation will be taken and dependent on the outcome of this decision, a replacement product will be sent to you. However, if you do not wish to have a product replacement, a refund will be provided. This refund will be the cost of the product purchased less the cost of postage and packaging to the card account which was used in the initial purchase.

As mentioned above, if your refund is accepted, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less postage and packaging. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
